so it was a long and hard struggle through BMT!!! i almost got recycled, got thrown out of my dorm, was chow runner, element leader, got yelled at for my marching, and many other things happened!!!

Getting the Jitters

hey everyone its Courtnie! today marked the day of one week till i leave and its getting me scared as all get out! i hope you keep me in your thoughts and prayers as i leave here in a week. i don't know how I'm going to be able to leave here without any of my Friends or family going through the same thing as i am but Ive come to the realization that my team is going to be with me by my side and those are the new people I'm going to meet. so please keep the people that are in basic along with me in your prayers also!

Hey Everyone

Hey guys so it’s Courtnie and its 16 days till I ship off to basic training and I’m getting nervous but I think I’m ready. But I am getting scared to leave family and friends. But I do want to thank everybody for the support they have or are still showing me at this time! I love the encouraging words. I may write on here one more time or two but my dad is going to take over for me to keep everyone updated so if you have questions you can contact him. But I want to thank you in advance for reading this blog and keeping up with my journey through basic training which is 8.5 weeks long.
